Most people live, whether physically, intellectually or morally, in a very restricted circle of their potential being.  They make use of a very small portion of their possible consciousness...
William James

While most chronic mental illness is seen as pathological, Paul-André believes there is an opportunity to view it as path towards enlightenment.  Positive psychology and therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) offer a different approach to long-term or chronic mental illness, focusing on personal growth in contrast to pathology.  Accessing expressive arts, wilderness, and somatic therapy techniques, when appropriate, assists Paul-André in creating truly unique and transformational experiences for his clients. His experience and training bring together both Western and Eastern forms of psychological training and philosophical thinking to create innovative therapeutic experiences for his clients. His practice is grounded in unlocking human potential and based on the principles of positive psychology with specific training in neuropsychology and the full array of behavioral therapies from Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); through an eclectic mix, he offers his clients uncommon access to deep personal change and a more fulfilled existence.

Paul-André's services are driven by the individual needs of his clients and can vary from supervised supportive living and life coaching, to individual and group counseling.

I encourage those who have met with treatment failure to reach out and contact me to explore how I may assist in alleviating some of your suffering.
